Description
The Series 7000 Universal includes filters with a universal DIN RD40 standard connection, compliant with EN 148-1 regulations.
The series 7000 universal Milla filters protects against dust, gas, organic and inorganic vapors, acids, fumes, mists, ammonia and derivatives, liquid and solid aerosols, sulfur dioxide, mercury vapors, nitrogen gases, and carbon monoxide.
Belong to this series the dust filters, gas filters and combinated filters.
REGULATIONS:
The series 7000 universal includes dust filters P3 R (reusable for more than one work shift, as they comply with the long-duration test requirements specified in EN 143:2000 + A1:2006 standards) and Class 2 gas and combinated filters, the protection of which is defined by EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 standards.
COMPOSITION:
Gas filters contain granular activated carbon that traps gases and vapors inside and filters contaminants, ensuring maximum effectiveness and safety.
Gas filters can be combined with a dust element, which offers P3-class filtration providing superior filtering performance.
The filtering fabric of dust and combinated filters features a highly effective fungicidal and bactericidal treatment, especially crucial in the presence of biological aerosols.
In the Series 7000 Universal Milla filters, there is a patented elastic diaphragm that allows for the compression of the charcoal, compensating for any volume variations over time.
COMPATIBLE MASKS:
Series 7000 Universal Milla filters are compatible with
- Panarea 7000 full face mask
- Eurmask DIN 7355 half mask (In this case, the filters must not exceed 300g in weight)
FILTERS CLASSIFICATION:
The European standards define protection against gases, vapors, and dust according to the following table:
